Laura brings her design experience from London & New York to the Los Angeles luxury residential market and works to create a distinctive, cohesive looks through custom made-to-order pieces designed by our in-house team combined with unique, one-of-a-kind items sourced from around the world.
We also use our luxury home staging background to ensure that the overall composition of each design helps to increase the future value of the home.
LHS Atelier is the luxury home staging division of Laura Hawthorn Studios. Our staging team, led by Laura Hawthorn, uses a tailored design approach that enhances architecture, elevates presentation, and maximizes market impact — whether it’s with furniture, fixtures, or tile, each item is chosen or approved by Laura with close attention to the home’s character and cost-effectiveness.
As part of our staging process, we offer guidance on pre-market improvements — from paint and finish selections to structural renovation that can meaningfully enhance presentation and value before a property goes to market.
